After a bad .DAT file led to blue screens for possibly thousands of McAfee customers' computers, will the company be able to prevent a reoccurrence?
This took me a while to fathom out on one customers PC. The vist to the next customer revealed the very same problem. The PC may work, but with minimal functionality. You will need to use a DOS command window to copy back the removed file. See the above link to McAfee for more
